We offer a variety of virtual office services to support any size of business.
If you use our Virtual Office service, you can use our address on all your company information, and we will forward any post that gets sent to us to your forwarding address.
Virtual office services are available on flexible monthly rolling contracts and at a fixed fee.We have a few different plans for our Virtual offices, which have different features and benefits.
Your First Invoice
Our plans work from the 1st day that you want the virtual office to start and are billed monthly from thereafter.
Amendments
You can change or update your plan at any time, we will just need a month’s notice to do so.
Cancellation
These are rolling contracts from month to month, so you just need to give us 1 months’ notice to cancel your contract. You will then be issued with a final invoice and any future invoices will be cancelled.
If you decide to cancel the Virtual Office part way through a month, we will not be able to offer a pro-rata refund.
Parcels
This service is for letters only. If you do need a parcel to be included on an ad-hoc basis, please let us know and we will add any postage, handling and storage fees to your next invoice.
